By accessing or using MemSafe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Service Description

MemSafe provides a platform for storing and managing your Snapchat memories. Our service offers a one-time payment option with no monthly subscriptions or recurring fees.

Payment Terms

Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. Apple is the merchant of record for those transactions. The one-time payment of $15 grants you lifetime access to MemSafe. Any refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple and are handled solely by Apple under Apple's refund policies. MemSafe has no control over, involvement in, or ability to grant, deny, or influence App Store refunds.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensuring you have the right to store the content you upload
• Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
• Not using the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Intellectual Property

The MemSafe service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by MemSafe and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

MemSafe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
